Where We Ship

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

Live Bird and Peacock Shipping

Live birds are not shipped the same way as our supplies. Here’s what to expect.

How your bird travels

Every live bird ships separately from supply orders, in a secure, ventilated travel crate built for live animal transport. Once your order is confirmed, we contact you directly by phone or email to schedule a delivery date, rather than sending it through standard tracking.

Live arrival guarantee

We guarantee your bird arrives alive and healthy. If there’s ever a problem, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund under our Return Policy.

Health documentation

Each bird ships with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian, valid for interstate transport, along with any species documentation already listed on that bird’s product page.

Delivery scheduling

Because live animals can’t sit in a warehouse or wait in transit, birds don’t move through our Standard, Expedited, or Express shipping tiers. We’ll reach out within 1–2 business days of your order to confirm a delivery window that works for you.

Before your bird arrives

Have food, water, and an appropriately sized enclosure ready in advance. We’ll send you basic care notes specific to your bird ahead of delivery.

This note applies to supply orders only — live birds are covered separately by our live arrival guarantee above.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package anytime.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
