  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? We are happy to help with exchanges. Just let us know what you would like and we will sort it out for you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
