Damaged Products

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us within 2 business days at info@birdsjungle.com. We will arrange a replacement and cover all related shipping costs.

Returning a Product

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@birdsjungle.com. We will do our best to stop the shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.
